Umiya Steel Industries

Our place, Umiya Steel Industries, is out at Survey No. 971 in Ranasan. We are situated right across from the GEB Sub Station. It is very close to the Ranasan GIDC, which is helpful for the kind of industrial work we do. Being near the GIDC means there are always people nearby who understand the steel trade. We have a good-sized plot where we handle our manufacturing and metal processing. It is mostly the sound of machines and a bit of metal dust around here. We do not spend much time sitting in an office; we prefer to be out where the work is actually happening. The area gets a little dusty sometimes, but that is normal when you are near an industrial estate. We have been working from this site for many years now. We started with just a couple of machines and slowly added more when we could. It has a family-run feel to it, even as we have grown over time. We do not bother with big advertisements or marketing. Usually, people find us because a friend or a neighbor told them we do a decent job with steel. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders finished when we said we would. The GEB station is a landmark for anyone trying to find us. It is just a hardworking life here in Ranasan.
