L & T Wit

L & T Wit is based out of Mehsana, specifically at number 15 in the Vaibhavepark Society. We’re located near Nagalpurpatiya, right by the state highway in North Gujarat. Being so close to the highway means there is always a lot of movement around here. The office is inside a residential society, so it’s a bit different from working in a big commercial plaza. It’s much more relaxed. We have our setup in a converted house, which gives us plenty of room but feels very local. The PIN code is 384 002 if you’re trying to mail us anything. We spend our days dealing with various tasks and the usual office chores. It gets quite dusty because of the road nearby, so we are always cleaning the desks. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just bring our lunch boxes from home and eat together in the small kitchen area. The work keeps us busy enough, and we don't really have time for anything flashy. We just focus on what needs to be done for the day. It’s a straightforward environment. Sometimes the cows wander near the gate, which is just part of living and working in Mehsana. We’ve settled in well at Vaibhavepark and it suits the way we operate. It's just home for us.
