Out here in Mehsana, our office is at 18 Sunrise Park Society. It is more of a quiet residential area than a big commercial hub, which is actually kind of nice for staying focused on the screens. Being in Gujarat, the afternoons get really hot, so the air conditioning is basically our best friend from March until October. We have a small team here for 3I Infotech Ltd and everyone pretty much knows everyone’s business. We share snacks and talk about what needs to get done for the day. It is not a massive place, just a regular building where we set up our computers and servers. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows while you are trying to debug some code or fix a database issue. It feels very local and grounded. We don’t have a reception desk with a fancy person waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and someone will look up from their monitor. We do a lot of the back-end stuff that people don’t really see. It is steady work and we try to keep things organized despite the usual chaos of a busy workday. The address is easy to find once you get into the society area. We like it here because it is away from the main road noise. It is just a group of us trying to do our jobs well and making sure the systems stay up.
