Our spot is at 317/3 in the G.I.D.C. area of Dediyasan. It’s a large industrial zone, so there are factories and workshops all around us. Our facility is where we do all our manufacturing. It’s a large, open space with high roofs and plenty of ventilation, though it still gets pretty hot in the afternoon. We have various production lines set up. The ground is concrete and often has marks from where we move heavy crates around. We aren't big on decorations; we just have what we need to get the work done. The workers here are a hardworking bunch, mostly from the local area. We don't have a corporate cafeteria, just a small corner where we sit and have our lunch together. Most of our day is spent making sure the quality of what we produce is okay and that the machines are maintained. We don't use a lot of big words or have complicated mission statements. We just make things. Being in Dediyasan G.I.D.C. means we’re part of a busy industrial community. We know the neighbors and the truck drivers who come through. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just show up, do our shift, and make sure the orders are ready on time. That’s the way we’ve always done it. We don't need much else besides our tools and a good plan.
