Syed Khayyum

We are based in Mahabubnagar, right near the Makka Masjid. The address is 3-1-193. It’s a very old part of town with a lot of history around us. My name is Syed Khayyum and I started this because I wanted to work for myself. We aren't a big corporation. It's just me and a couple of helpers. The masjid is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Usually, you can hear the call to prayer while we are working, which is quite peaceful. Our shop or office, whatever you want to call it, is small and packed with things. We don’t have much room for fancy decorations. We just focus on the task at hand. Mahabubnagar is a growing place, but our corner still feels like the old days. People stop by just to say hello or ask for advice. We don’t mind. It’s part of being in a community like this. We handle our daily tasks one by one. There isn't a complex strategy. If something needs fixing or doing, we do it. Sometimes we have to travel a bit for work, but this is always our home base. It’s been this way for years and we don’t see any reason to change it. Just honest work from a small place in Andhra Pradesh. We don't need fancy tools to show we care about what we produce for the people around here.
