Geetham Techno School

Geetham Techno School is tucked away in Srinivasa Colony here in Mahabubnagar. It is a fairly busy residential neighborhood, so there are always people walking by or parents dropping off kids on their scooters. We started this place because there were so many families moving into this part of the colony who needed a school close to home. The building itself is straightforward, with classrooms spread across two floors and some stairs that the kids are always running up. We have some computers for the kids to use, which is why we have the techno name, but mostly we focus on the regular school books and writing in notebooks. The teachers live nearby, which makes it feel like a real part of the community. You’ll often see parents chatting at the gate during pickup time at 509001. We don’t have a massive sports field, but the kids find space to play games during their breaks. It can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up in the summer, but we try to keep the place clean and tidy. The students are generally well-behaved, though they get restless on Friday afternoons like anyone else. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do here. We just teach the subjects, help with the homework, and try to get the children through their exams. It’s a local school for local people, and we like it that way. No big corporate offices or anything, just us and the students in the colony.
