Obulapur Veerabadhra Swamy Mango Farmers Producer Company Limited

We started this company in Obulapoor at house number 3-31/1. It’s a long name, Obulapur Veerabadhra Swamy Mango Farmers Producer Company Limited, but we are just the local mango growers. Most of us have small plots of land around here. We figured out a while back that we could do more if we worked as a single unit. That’s why we registered this company. It's not a big operation with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just us sitting down and deciding how to handle the season’s crop. The address is just where we keep our records and meet up. You can usually smell the fruit when it's harvest time. It gets very busy around here during those months. The rest of the year we are just tending to the trees and making sure the soil is okay. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks because we don’t have anyone to write them. We just grow the fruit and sell it. Sometimes the prices are good, sometimes they aren't, but being together helps us manage those ups and downs. If you come to Obulapoor, you’ll see our orchards all over. We are proud of what we grow, even if it’s just honest farming work. It’s a community thing as much as a business. We all know each other and we all know the trees. That’s pretty much all there is to it for our little group.
