YARKEAY CONSTRUCTIONS AND MANPOWER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is Shop No 4 in the Watertank Complex on Tamil Sangam Road. Madurai is a city that never really slows down, and our location is right in the middle of all that activity. Being in a complex means we have lots of different shops as neighbors, so there is always people coming and going. We handle construction work and manpower services, which means we spend a lot of time talking to laborers and site supervisors. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have a counter, some chairs for people to wait in, and a lot of registers for keeping track of workers and materials. It is often quite warm inside, even with the door open to catch the breeze. We do not use any fancy language or try to sound like a big international corporation. We are just a local business trying to help people find work and get buildings put up. People know us because we have been in this complex for a while. The water tank nearby makes it easy for people to find where we are located. Our days are filled with phone calls and people walking in to ask about jobs. It is a busy, hands-on environment and we do not have much time for anything that is not directly related to the work. We just take things one day at a time.
