Bahri Estates Pvt. Ltd. is situated in J. Rani Towers on the first floor. Our address is 17 Bypass Road in S.S. Colony. The Bypass Road is always busy, but once you get inside the towers, it’s a bit more peaceful. We have been in S.S. Colony for a while and have seen it grow into what it is today. Our office is a place where we keep all our records and meet with people who are interested in the local estates. It’s a standard office setup with desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't spend all our time in the office, though. A lot of our day is spent out on the road, looking at different sites and meeting with owners. Real estate around here can be tricky, so we just try to keep up with the rules and the prices. We aren't the type to use big corporate jargon. We’d rather just explain things in plain English so everyone is on the same page. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the weather isn't cooperating, but it's what we do. People in S.S. Colony know us as the local estate people. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just come to work, handle the property deals, and go home.
