Our office is at Number 20 on Rajaji Street, which is inside Kings Court. This is over in the Gandhi Nagar area of Madurai. It’s a bit quieter here than the main market roads, which is nice when we’re trying to get paperwork done. The building is easy to spot once you actually get onto Rajaji Street. We have a regular routine here, starting early before the sun gets too high in the sky. Being a private limited company, we have a lot of administrative stuff to handle alongside the housing side of things. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are files stacked on the side tables and a few chairs that have seen better days. We’ve been in this part of Madurai for a while now. Gandhi Nagar has a certain pace to it that we like. It’s not too hectic but there’s enough going on to keep it interesting. We don’t really go for anything flashy in terms of decor. Most people who come here are looking for something specific, so we just sit down and talk through the details. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or residential spots. We usually keep the door open to get a bit of a breeze unless it is really hot outside. It’s a simple space for simple work. We don't have a fancy receptionist, usually one of us just looks up from a desk when someone walks in. That’s just how we operate.
