Our office is situated at Plot No 15/14 on the first floor of the Income Tax Colony in Vilangudi, Madurai. We focus on exports, which means we spend a lot of time coordinating with different suppliers and shipping companies. Madurai is a great city to work in, and Vilangudi is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we appreciate. The office is just a regular room on the first floor. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for our small team to manage the daily tasks. Exporting involves a lot of details, like making sure the weights are right and the certificates are in order. We’ve been doing this for a while now. Some days are slow, and other days we are rushing to meet a deadline for a container. We don’t use any fancy corporate jargon here. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the job done. The Income Tax Colony is a decent area, and we’ve gotten to know the people around here well. It feels more like a community than a business district. We started this company because we saw an opportunity in the export market and wanted to build something of our own. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we stay late to finish up the shipping logs. We don't have a big mission statement; we just want to make sure the goods reach their destination safely. It’s a practical business and we take it one day at a time.
