You’ll find Ablin Exports over at 992 P. W. D. Quarters, inside the I. B. Compound. It’s a bit of a specific location, but once you’re in the compound, it’s not hard to spot. We’ve been operating from here for some time. We aren't a big corporation with a tall building. It’s more of a local setup where we handle export tasks for different goods. Most of our work involves coordinating with producers and making sure their products are ready for the international market. There’s a lot of checking and re-checking involved. We don't like to rush things because that’s when mistakes happen. The I. B. Compound is a quiet place to work, which is nice when you have to concentrate on logistics. We have some storage space for smaller items, but for the big stuff, we mostly coordinate directly from the source. It’s just us and a couple of helpers who come in when things get busy. We don't use much in the way of high-tech tools, just a reliable computer and our phones. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just part of life here. We’ve built up some good relationships with the people we work with over the years. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the boxes get where they are supposed to go. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day.
