Trsh Promoters Private Limited

Our place is in Thirumangalam, on Jawahar Nagar 4th Street. The door numbers are 121 and 121A. It’s a residential-feeling street, so it’s mostly quiet except for the occasional delivery bike or neighbors chatting. We work as promoters at Trsh Promoters Private Limited, which means we spend a lot of time looking at property and talking to folks about what they want to build. Our office is split across those two door numbers, so we are often popping back and forth between them. It’s not a fancy setup. We have some desks, a few cabinets for all the folders, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We’ve been in Thirumangalam for a good stretch of time. The team is just a few local people who know the streets and the buildings around here. We don’t go for big, flashy presentations. Usually, it's just us sitting down with some tea and looking at a layout. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit by the door until it comes back on. It’s just the reality of working here. We focus on the work itself rather than trying to look important. People know us as the guys on 4th street. We try to be fair and just get the jobs finished. It’s a steady way to live and we like the neighborhood. We are just normal people doing a job we know well.
