You'll find us sitting right on 1 New Rice Mill Road, specifically on the second street in Sundarajapuram. It’s a practical location for what we do at Time Warner Export. We aren't connected to any big media companies, despite the name. It’s just the name we’ve had for a long time. The building is a bit older and we’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times. We focus on getting goods ready for shipping, which means a lot of time spent in the back area with tape and labels. It’s a noisy job sometimes. We have a few regular clients we’ve worked with for years. They know how we operate. We don’t have any shiny brochures or a big sales team. It’s usually just a couple of us handling everything from the phone calls to the loading. We stay pretty busy during the week. Weekends are usually for catching up on the accounts and cleaning up the workspace. The floor gets covered in scraps from the packing materials. We just sweep it up and start again on Monday. It’s a straightforward life. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take orders and ship them out. It’s about being reliable and showing up every day. The neighborhood is full of small businesses like ours, so we fit right in.
