Sometimes things get a little disorganized when a big order comes in, but we always find our way through the mess eventually. We like being part of this community. You get to know the other shop owners and the people living nearby. It feels more like a home than a cold office building. We just keep our heads down, handle our exports, and try to make sure everything is sorted before the day ends. That’s how we’ve always done it.
