We are Spk Lands Private Limited and our office is located at 1-1-63/9 in Ananthapuri Nagar, specifically on the 2nd Street right off Madurai Road. This part of the region is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our main focus is land. We spend our days scouting locations and dealing with the various aspects of land ownership and sales. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The office is a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we keep all the records. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound more important than we are. We just tell people what we have available and what the situation is with the plots. Sometimes the sun is really harsh out on the Madurai Road, so we appreciate the shade of our little office. We’ve had a lot of folks come through our doors over the years, and we try to treat everyone with the same level of respect. It doesn't matter if it's a small piece of land or a larger area. We try to be thorough with the paperwork because that’s where the trouble usually starts if you aren't careful. We are just regular people working hard to make a living in the real estate world. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and doing the work day after day.
