Rakam Exim

Rakam Exim is located right in the Shanthiniketan Apartment complex. We are at A-27. Annanagar is a nice area, though it can get a bit crowded with all the cars parked outside. We’ve been using this apartment as our base for a long time. It’s more comfortable than a cold office building. We deal with various goods coming in and going out. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking to people about logistics. Since we are in an apartment, it’s a lot quieter than being right on the main road. Sometimes the neighbors ask what we do because they see the packages, and we just tell them we handle trade. It’s a straightforward business. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for the address in Shanthiniketan. It works for us. We keep things organized on our own terms. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. Annanagar has everything nearby, which makes it easy to run errands between work tasks. It’s a practical way to run a business like Rakam Exim without all the extra overhead. We just focus on the shipments and making sure the details are right. It’s not a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything moves along as it should. We just keep at it every single day.
