We are Quality Air-Conditioning & Solutions, and our home base is at F9, Parsan Samrudhi Mahal. It’s more of an office and storage spot than a shop where people walk in. Most of the time, our vans are out on the road going to different parts of the city. We spend our days fixing cooling units and trying to get people’s air conditioning back to normal. It’s a lot of climbing ladders and working in cramped spaces. The office at Samrudhi Mahal is where we keep our tools and all the spare parts we need for the week. We have a lot of filters, motors, and copper pipes stacked up in the back. During the summer, the phone doesn't stop ringing and we are usually working late into the evening. It’s tiring but it’s what we do. We don't have a big sales team; we just have technicians who know their way around a compressor. We started this because we liked working with our hands. Sometimes we have to order parts from far away and that can take time, which is frustrating. We try to be honest with people about how long a fix will take. It’s a basic business built on just doing the repairs right. When we aren't out on a job, you can find us at the office catching up on paperwork or cleaning our gear. That is our routine every week.
