Jelusha Plastics

Our place is inside the Raja Tailor Complex over in Bethaniapuram. If you know Mettu Street, we are right there at number 201. We work with plastics every day. It’s a local operation in Madurai. The street gets pretty busy with people and bikes. We’ve been here for a bit now. We just make things out of plastic and get them ready for whoever needs them. It’s dusty sometimes because of the machines. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. Just the workspace. The heat in Madurai can be tough in the afternoons but we keep going. Usually, there’s a lot of scrap or finished pieces sitting around. We handle the orders as they come in. Neighbors in the complex know us. We aren't trying to be anything huge. Just a small business making ends meet. Sometimes the power goes out but that’s just how it is here. We try to get the orders out on time. My hands are usually a bit messy from the work. We just do the job and go home. It’s a simple setup. Nothing fancy to look at. Just a lot of plastic stuff being moved around all day. We have a couple of old machines that we have to kick sometimes to get them started. It’s just how we get things done around here. We just try to keep the machines running and the floor swept.
