We’ve been at the CSI Shopping Complex in Pasumalai for a while now. It's on the first floor, at number 19-A. Most people around here know the spot since it’s right in the middle of things. We mostly handle computer stuff and various technical issues for folks in the neighborhood. It started out small, just a couple of us working out of a single room. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you're carrying a heavy printer or a computer tower, but we usually go down and help people out if they give us a call from the entrance. Pasumalai is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside the window, which can be distracting sometimes. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or modern art. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done and keep our tools handy. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates during the day, which is just part of being in this building. We deal with all sorts of things, from software glitches to hardware that’s seen better days and needs a fix. It isn't always glamorous work. A lot of the time we are just sitting at the desk looking at screens or taking things apart to see why they stopped working. We try to talk to people like neighbors because that’s what most of our customers are. If you’re walking through the complex, you’ll see our sign.
