Out in the Lake Area of Uthangudi, we have got our small spot at Plot No.24N. Paadhugha Builders Private Limited is the name of our little business. Madurai is a very hot place, and working outside all day is definitely a big challenge, but we have been doing this for many years now. We are not a massive company with hundreds of workers on the payroll. It is just a smaller group of us who know each other well and work together. We do basic building work, mostly focusing on residential projects for families living around here. Our office is usually pretty quiet, with just one person handling the phone calls while the rest of us are out on the sites getting our hands dirty. We have seen the 625107 area grow quite a bit lately. New houses seem to be popping up everywhere you look. We try to stick to what we know and avoid taking on more work than we can actually handle at one time. Sometimes we have to tell people we cannot start their project for another month because we are already fully busy. It is better than rushing through things and doing a bad job. We do not use any fancy jargon or big marketing words when we talk to people. If a wall needs to be a certain thickness, that is exactly what we tell them. People seem to appreciate that we do not try to confuse them with technical talk.
