Our office is at 7 FATIMA ILLAM on the Bypass East Side Street. If you know Madurai, you know how the traffic gets on the bypass, but tucked away here in Vasantha Nagar, it’s a little bit better. NJL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED has been operating out of this building for a while now. The 625003 area is quite active, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. It's a simple setup we have here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the plans. The building itself, Fatima Illam, has its own character. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel towers you see in the city center, which suits us just fine. We have a small crew and everyone pretty much knows each other’s business. Most days start with coffee and a quick look at the schedule. The heat in Madurai can be something else, especially in the summer months, so we try to get the heavy work done early. If you’re looking for us, we’re just off the main stretch. It’s a practical location for getting around. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. We just focus on what needs doing for the day. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with the trucks passing by, but we're used to it. It's just part of being in this part of town. It's a plain office for plain work.
