Nissi Technology Solutions is based at 6/373 Island Street in Athikulam. We’ve been in this neighborhood for some time, working out of this space on Island Street. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. We mostly deal with computer stuff, fixing things when they break or setting up systems for people who don't want to deal with the technical side themselves. It’s just a small team of us here. The office is often full of parts and cables because that is just the nature of the work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or opening up hardware. Sometimes a fix takes twenty minutes and other times we are scratching our heads for hours. That’s just how technology goes, it’s never as simple as it looks on paper. We see people from all over Athikulam coming in with various problems. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lobby, just a local spot where you can get your tech issues looked at. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive which can be annoying for everyone involved. We try to be honest about how long things will take.
