Our place of business is at No. 44- A Netaji Road. It is a straightforward location for a straightforward business. At Viyug Exports, we don't spend much time on decorations or fancy office furniture. We spend our time on the phone and the computer, making sure our exports are moving the way they should. Netaji Road is a busy place and we fit right in with the other shops and offices. We handle the logistical side of things, which is basically a lot of problem-solving. One day it's a shipping delay, the next it's a question about customs codes. We just take it as it comes. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using words that don't mean much in the real world. We just tell people what is happening with their goods and try to be as clear as possible. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a big order needs packing, we all jump in. It’s that kind of place. We have been on Netaji Road for a while and we have seen a lot of changes, but the core of what we do stays the same. We just move stuff from here to there and try not to make any mistakes along the way.
