Midhuna Homes & Renovations Private Limited is right here in Melamadai, Gandhi Nagar. We spend most of our time out on sites around Madurai or sitting in the office at No 691. It’s a busy place with people coming in to talk about their house repairs or new builds. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud. We handle all sorts of renovation work. Some days we are looking at old walls that need fixing and other days we are planning out a whole new section for someone's home. It’s not fancy work, just honest building and fixing things up so they stay put. The heat in Madurai gets pretty tough in the afternoons, but we keep the work moving along regardless. We've been around this area for a bit now, so people know where to find us if they need a leak stopped or a room redone. Being in Gandhi Nagar makes it easy for folks to drop by. We have a small team, mostly local people who know the streets here. We deal with materials, talk to the masons, and try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. It isn't always perfect, things get delayed sometimes because of the weather or supply issues, but that's how this business goes. We just show up and do the work. If you come by the office, you’ll likely see piles of blueprints and samples scattered around. We try to stay organized but it's hard.
