We are based out of Anna Nagar in Madurai. Mathans Design Plus Build Private Limited has its office at No.23. It’s a fairly quiet spot, which is good for when we need to sit down and figure out project drawings. We’ve been in this part of Tamil Nadu for a bit now. Being in Madurai, you get to know the local rhythms and what people expect when they want to build something. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us doing the design and the actual building work from this one location. Sometimes things get busy and the desk is covered in papers, but that’s just how it goes. If you know the area around Anna Nagar, we’re pretty easy to spot. We spend a lot of time on sites, but the office at No.23 is where everything starts. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on flashy signs or big ads. Most of the time, people just hear about us from someone else in the city. We focus on the jobs we have in front of us. Madurai is a big place but it feels small when you work in construction. We just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes through the door. It’s a simple way of doing business and it suits us fine.
