We are Livsmart Propertiesprivate Limited, and we work out of the Ricky Tower on the second floor. Our office is on Subramaniapillai Street in SS Colony, Madurai. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, so we get a lot of people coming through. The R.S. No is 51/02 for those who need the technical details. We mostly deal with property around Madurai. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and blueprints, but we know where everything is. We aren't a big, slick operation. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work in the local real estate market. Some days we are out on the road checking on different sites, and other days we are stuck at our desks doing the boring stuff like filing and taxes. Madurai is a hot place, but the office has a bit of a breeze sometimes. We’ve been in SS Colony for a bit now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s got everything you need. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to help people find what they’re looking for and make sure the deals are solid. It’s practical work. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we’re still here. It’s just a regular local business, nothing more, nothing less. If you need us, we are right here on the second floor of the tower.
