Rihanna Exports

We are set up on the first floor of the Vijayasree Apartment, right across from the Law College here in K. K. Nagar. It’s a busy part of Dr. Thangaraj Salai, so there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. Rihanna Exports is basically run out of this apartment space, which keeps things feeling more personal than a big warehouse. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Being in an apartment building means we know our neighbors and we try to keep the noise down. The 1st floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for the elevator every time someone delivers something. We started here because it was a central spot and easy for people to find. You can see the college gate from our balcony. Sometimes we watch the students coming and going during our lunch hour. The office itself is just a few rooms filled with files and some samples we keep on the shelves. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. It’s a small operation but we keep ourselves busy. We’ve got a routine that works for us, even if the filing system looks a bit confusing to anyone else. It’s just part of being a local business. We like the energy of K. K. Nagar and being right on the main Salai makes logistics a bit easier for us.
