K. B Exports

You can find K. B Exports at 73 South Marret Street, up on the first floor. It’s a busy part of the city, and being one level up gives us a bit of a view of the street below us. Usually, the first thing you notice when you come by is the sound of the traffic and the shops downstairs. We spend most of our time here coordinating shipments and talking to people on the phone about logistics. The office isn't very large, but it fits everything we need like the computers and the filing cabinets that are starting to get a bit full. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don’t really go in for anything flashy or corporate. Most of our day is taken up by checking lists and making sure the exports are moving along as they should. Sometimes the courier guys are coming in and out all morning, which keeps us on our feet. We’ve been at this address for a bit, so we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you’re carrying heavy samples, but we don’t mind it much. It’s just part of being in this area. We usually have the fans going full speed during the afternoons when it gets hot outside. It’s a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the daily tasks without too much fuss or extra worry.
