Our business, Jce, is based down in Melur, which is part of the Madurai district. We are at address number 3, and it’s a pretty standard spot for this area. Madurai is known for its heat and its history, and being out in Melur gives us a bit of a different perspective than being right in the city center. We handle our operations with a small crew of people who really know the local area. It isn't a fancy corporate setup by any means. Our building is just a place where we can store what we need and keep our records in order. Most days are spent dealing with local logistics and making sure our clients in the surrounding villages and towns get what they need. We don't have a big website or a social media person. We just talk to people face-to-face or over the phone. Life in Melur moves at its own pace, but we try to keep our work moving fast enough to stay ahead. The office can get a bit dusty with all the movement nearby, but that’s just part of being in this region. We’ve been here long enough that most people know where to find us. We focus on the practical stuff, like getting the deliveries right and making sure the numbers match. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s how we’ve always worked and it seems to suit us just fine.
