Our office is located at 262 Maruthupandiar Street, right where it meets Pulipandian Street in Jaihindpuram. If you’re from Madurai, you know the area—it’s always bustling with people and traffic. We’ve been here for a long time, dealing with the finance and collection side of things. It’s a small place, and the air conditioning struggles a bit when the Madurai heat really kicks in during May. We have a lot of ledger books and files stacked up on the shelves because we still like to keep things on paper where we can see them clearly. It isn't a modern, shiny office with glass walls. It’s more like a traditional workspace where the fans are always whirring overhead. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to people who come by the office to settle their accounts. It can be a tough job sometimes, dealing with money matters, but we try to be fair about it. Most of us have lived in Madurai all our lives, so we know the local neighborhoods and people quite well. There’s a small tea shop just around the corner where we usually go for our morning and evening breaks. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people know where we are because we've been on this corner for years. It’s a straightforward operation, nothing fancy or complicated. We just show up every day and do the work.
