Hubsem Software Solutions Private Limited is located at No. 335 in EB Colony, which is in the Subramaniyapuram area. It’s a pretty standard office setup in a residential-feeling neighborhood. We like it here because it feels more like a community than a cold business park. Our work is all about software solutions, which basically means we spend our time solving problems for people through technology. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires running across the floor. The team is quite close-knit, and we tend to just talk to each other directly instead of sending a hundred emails for every little thing. Being in EB Colony means we are away from the heaviest traffic of the main city, though it still takes some time to get around during the rush hour. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. Every day is a bit different depending on what our clients are asking for, but the goal is always just to get the software working right. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work well for us. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the technical side of the job without making a big production out of it.
