Our Hdfc Bank is located at Ramanathan Illam, number 7 in the Deputy Collector Colony. We are right opposite the Sunderam Theatre in Madurai, so we are quite easy to spot if you are in the 625 0020 zip code area. It’s a lively neighborhood, especially with the theatre across the street bringing in people. We’ve been operating out of this Ramanathan Illam building for some time. Inside, it is just a regular bank layout with desks and counters. We handle the daily banking for folks living around Deputy Collector Colony. There’s always someone coming in to deposit some cash or ask about their account balance. Madurai can get very hot in the afternoons, so the office is a bit of a relief for people coming in from the sun.
