We are located right at Door No.14/2 in the Ahimsapuram 7th Street area, which is part of New Visalam here in Sellur. It’s a busy little neighborhood and can be a bit tricky to find if you aren’t from around here, but we like it. The office isn't anything like those huge glass buildings you see in the big tech parks; it’s just a practical space where we get our work done. Most mornings start with someone unlocking the door and getting the computers fired up while the rest of us trickle in. We spend a lot of time just staring at screens and talking through problems. Hatsm Software Llp is basically a small group of us who know how to handle code and we just take it one day at a time. The street noise outside is constant, with bikes and vendors going past, but it helps us feel connected to the place. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll just see us at our desks. We take our tea breaks at the corner shop and usually talk about things other than work just to clear our heads. It’s a simple setup. We focus on the tasks we have and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the power acts up or it gets too humid, but we just manage. That is the way it is here in Sellur. We aren't trying to be something we're not. It works for us.
