GENSCAPE REALTY AND CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Genscape Realty and Constructions Private Limited is based out of Uthangudi Village. We are located at R.S. No 160/1, specifically in Plot No 4 of Block A. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the city center, which is nice for focusing on construction work. We handle both the realty side and the actual building part of the business. Most days you can find us either at the office in Block A or out at one of the sites checking on how the walls are going up. Uthangudi is a growing area, so there is usually something happening around here. We aren't a big, fancy firm. We are just local people doing construction work. Our office is a simple space where we keep our plans and records. Dealing with land and buildings involves a lot of specific rules, so we spend a fair amount of time making sure everything is done correctly according to the local codes. It can be dusty work, especially during the dry season. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the bricks and the land. Being situated in Uthangudi Village gives us a good base for our projects in this region. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the village change quite a bit as more houses and buildings go up. It’s just how things go in this line of work. We keep track of everything from our office at Plot 4.
