Garuda Constructors Llp is located in A 303, Chambakulam 1st Street, over in K. Pudur. This is where we handle all our planning and paperwork. It’s an apartment-style office, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and structural drawings on the big table. K. Pudur is a familiar area for us and we know the local suppliers around here quite well. Construction is basically what we do every day of the week. We are usually out on site by eight in the morning and don't get back until it's dark. The team is just a few dedicated people who understand how to put a building together. We don't have any flashy signs or a big storefront. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the community. It’s a lot about coordinating with the electricians, plumbers, and painters to make sure everything moves along. Sometimes there are delays with the weather or getting the right sand, but we try to work through it. Living and working in Madurai means you get used to the heat. We keep the fans running high in the office while we sort out the bills. It’s a practical way to earn a living and we take it seriously without making a big show of it. We just want to do the job right so we can go home and rest.
