Dhevaa Shelters Private Limited is located over in Madurai, specifically in Ptr Nagar along the Theni Main Road. Our office is at Plot No 1 in the Fenner Colony area, which is a pretty easy spot to find if you know the landmark. It gets very hot in this part of town, so we spend a lot of time inside with the fans going full speed while we work on our housing projects. The office is basically a room full of desks, some old computers, and plenty of site photos pinned up. We deal with people looking for homes and spend our hours going over building plans or checking on material costs. The main road is right there, so the noise of the trucks and buses is a constant backdrop to our conversations. We aren't a huge operation, just a team that knows the Madurai real estate scene pretty well. Sometimes we have to head out to the sites to check on things, but most of the day is spent right here in the colony office. There is always a lot of chatter about new developments and who is building what. We just stick to our own tasks and make sure the shelters we are working on are getting built correctly. It’s a lot of mundane work, checking measurements and talking to contractors, but it’s what we do every day without much fuss. If you come by, you’ll likely find us buried in a stack of blueprints or chatting with a visitor about the project.
