Degla Projects India Private Limited is situated over on Naidu Street in the Karruppatti area of Madurai. It’s a typical Madurai neighborhood, usually quite warm and filled with the usual daily bustle. Our address is 6/104, and that’s where we handle all the administrative stuff that comes with running a project-based business. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, but we have enough people to keep things moving on the ground. Most of our work involves various projects around the Tamil Nadu region. We deal with a lot of coordination between different workers and suppliers, which can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The office is a simple place where we keep our records and have our tea breaks. We don't use a lot of complicated systems; we mostly rely on our experience and the people we know in the industry. Every project comes with its own set of problems, and we’ve learned to just deal with them as they come up. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are.
