Cialfus Softtech Private Limited is based out in Urapakkam, which is a bit of a trek from central Chennai. We are located on the ground floor at No.616 in the Iyyencheri area of Madurai Meenakshipuram. It is a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done. Being in the 603210 zip code in the Kancheepuram district means we avoid a lot of the city noise, though the area is definitely developing fast. Our office is not very large. It is basically just a room with several desks and a lot of power strips. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way without a boss watching over our shoulders every minute. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything, from coding to fixing the internet when it goes down. It is not always perfect, and sometimes the office gets a bit messy with snack wrappers and old notebooks, but it is a productive environment. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. People usually find us by looking for the G1 floor in the building. We just want to do good work and go home to our families. It is a practical life, and we are happy with the way we have set things up here in Urapakkam.
