Jvs Export

If you walk down Sarojini Street in Chinna Chokkikulam, you will find Jvs Export at number 32. We’ve been here for a while now. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, which gives it a nice feeling. Our office is small, but it has everything we need to keep the exports moving. There are usually stacks of papers on the desks and a few boxes waiting near the door. We spend most of our hours talking to suppliers and checking on schedules. It isn't a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough. Chinna Chokkikulam is a good spot to be in; it feels central but not as frantic as the main market areas. We have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving, and the light from the street comes in through the front windows. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make room for new inventory, which is always a bit of a chore. We don't really do anything complicated. We just make sure the items are what they are supposed to be and that they get sent to the right place. It’s honest work that keeps us on our feet. The local coffee is good, and we usually take turns going out to get some for the group. It’s a simple life at No. 32 and we are quite content with the routine we have established here.
