You can find us at No.6 on Oil Mill Road in Ashok Bindhavan Nagar, over in Poonamallee. This part of Tiruvallur is growing really fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Chendhur Elite Construction started out as a small idea and has turned into our full-time life. We don't have a fancy corporate building with a receptionist. Instead, we work out of a practical office where the walls are covered in site maps and project schedules. Poonamallee is a busy hub, and being on Oil Mill Road means we are always near the heart of the action. Our work involves a lot of site visits and meeting with suppliers for sand, steel, and bricks. It’s a lot of manual coordination and constant phone calls. We don't believe in using big words to sound important. We just focus on the actual building part. Some days the weather doesn't help us, or the supplies are stuck in traffic for hours, but we just keep moving forward. We have a crew of local workers who know the ground well. We take things as they come and try to handle every problem with some common sense and patience. It’s a messy business sometimes, with lots of noise and dust, but we are used to it by now. We are just local folks working hard to build things in our neighborhood. It’s a steady job that keeps us on our toes every single day.
