Aiyan Creations

Aiyan Creations is a small place at 5/111, Ammankoil Street in Chettikulam. It’s a quiet village street with houses close together. We work out of a small space where we do all kinds of creative things. Usually, it involves a lot of fabric and threads. We have a few sewing machines set up near the windows to get the best light. The street outside is narrow, and you often see children playing or neighbors chatting. It isn't a factory by any means. It’s just a workshop. We spend our days measuring, cutting, and stitching. Sometimes the place gets really crowded with all the material we have lying around. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come to see us, you just walk right into the workspace. We like it that way. It’s honest and we can show people exactly what we are working on. Chettikulam is a nice place to live and work. The pace is slow, which is good when you are trying to be careful with your hands. We drink a lot of tea and talk while we work. Sometimes we stay late to finish an order if a festival is coming up. Ammankoil Street is where we’ve always been. It’s home for us and for the business too. We just try to make things that people will find useful. It is a humble setup, but it keeps us busy at 5/111.
