It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes we can’t find exactly what we need, so we have to wait or look elsewhere. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone in a suit. Most days, you’ll find us in jeans, just trying to get the orders sorted out. We handle the packing and the shipping ourselves mostly. It feels good to see the boxes go out the door knowing what’s inside is decent. We’ve had some ups and downs like any other small business, but we keep showing up at 625 Model Town and doing our best. We don't make big promises, we just try to be honest about what we have and get it to the people who ordered it. It’s a practical way to run a business.
