Zaitoon

We are located right on 80 Feet Road in Anna Nagar, Madurai. If you know where the old Suguna Stores is, we are just near there, pretty much across from the Tanishq showroom. People find us easily because of the big road. It gets busy around here in the evenings, especially with everyone out shopping or heading home. We started Zaitoon because we wanted a place where folks could just sit down and eat without too much fuss. The tables are set up simply. Our staff mostly live nearby so they know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, or the chairs get moved around by big families, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things clean and the food coming out hot. It’s not fancy, just a regular spot in Anna Nagar. You’ll see a lot of students and families coming in. The kitchen gets quite hectic during the dinner rush, you can hear the pans going from the back. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just us working here every day, making sure there's enough water on the tables and the floors are swept. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most people in this part of Madurai know us by now. It’s a good spot to watch the traffic go by on 80 Feet Road while you wait for your meal.
