A One Impex

Our business, A One Impex, is located on Kurunji Street in Gomathipuram, Madurai. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to the city center, which is nice when you’re trying to get work done. We handle a lot of import and export stuff, so there’s always something moving in or out. Our building at number 633 is where the administrative side of things happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to shipping agents or checking on where a particular container is currently located. It can be a bit stressful when there are delays at the port, but that’s just the nature of the business. We have piles of shipping documents and invoices all over the place. We aren't the type of company that has a shiny lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just us in our regular clothes, dealing with the heat and trying to stay on top of the schedule. We’ve been in Gomathipuram for a while and most of the people around here know us as the folks who deal with the big boxes. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on our regular clients and making sure their goods get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s a lot of logistics and repetitive tasks, but someone has to do it. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily grind.
