City Computer Services is right at Neelam Chowk. It’s a well-known spot, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We’ve been operating out of this location for a good bit of time. The area is always humming with activity. Our shop is where we handle all kinds of computer troubles. It’s not a very big place, so it gets filled up with monitors and towers pretty quickly. We have a couple of workbenches where we take things apart and try to figure out what went wrong. There’s usually a pile of old parts in the corner that we haven't gotten around to sorting yet. That’s just the nature of the job. Neelam Chowk is a central place, which is handy for us and the people who live around here. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. We just come in, have our tea, and start working on the machines. Sometimes a repair takes a long time and we’re here late into the night. Other days are more routine. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a chair or two for someone to sit while we check something out. It’s a practical environment. We don’t try to make it look like a high-tech lab. It’s just a workshop where we use our hands and our tools to fix what’s broken. We’re just local folks doing our thing and trying to keep the computers running.
