You can find us over at Madanpur, right near Barrahi Bazar. We usually hang around Ramesh Gupta’s place in Jivachhpur. Being so close to the bazar makes a big difference for us. Madhepura Br Farmer Producer Company Limited is basically just a group of neighbors who realized we could do more if we worked as a team. Around here, everyone knows everyone else. We’ve all seen the struggles of trying to sell our crops one by one. It’s hard when you’re just one person against a big market. So, we started this. It’s not a fancy business with a big sign or anything like that. It’s just us sitting together, talking about seeds, fertilizer, and the latest prices at the market. Sometimes the talk goes on for a while, especially when the weather is acting up and we’re worried about the crops. We try to help each other out with whatever is needed. If someone has a good idea, they share it. We’re all learning as we go. The main thing is that we’re doing it together. We care about this land because it’s where we live and where we’ve always been. We’re just regular people from the village trying to make sure our work pays off at the end of the day. It’s about keeping things going for the next generation and making sure the bazar knows we’re here as a group now.
