We are a group of farmers working together here in Madhepura, specifically over in the Murliganj area. Our office is set up at Manoj Kumar’s place in Mirganj Tola. It’s a quiet village that is part of the Mirganj panchayat. Dealing with crops and local farming needs takes up most of our time. We started this company because individual farmers often struggle to get everything sorted on their own. Being a producer company means we can pool our resources. Most of us grew up around these fields, so we know the land well. It isn't always easy, especially when the weather doesn't behave, but having a collective helps a bit. The address is quite specific if you are looking for us, just head towards the village and ask for the Tola near Murliganj. We don't have a fancy office building, just a practical space where we can meet and talk about our harvests. Some days are busier than others depending on the season. When it's time for planting or harvesting, you won't find many people sitting around the office. We spend our days out in the dirt mostly. This setup is just a way for us to organize things like seeds or selling what we grow. It's a local effort by people who live right here.
