Western Inn Holiday Resorts Private Limited is located at B-4141/1, Beantpura, right on Chandigarh Road. We are just opposite the Bank Of Broda, near Samrala Chowk. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and trucks passing by. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. The building is a bit tucked away, but the sign is there if you look. We aren’t a massive resort like the ones you see in magazines. It’s more of a practical place for people who need a break while traveling. We have our regulars who come through whenever they are on the road to Chandigarh. The staff here is small, just a few of us doing everything from front desk work to helping with the bags. We don’t have a fancy corporate structure. We just talk to each other and get things done. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s completely silent. We deal with the maintenance as it comes up, which is pretty often with an older place like this. Being near Samrala Chowk means we are easy to find, which helps. We just try to keep the rooms decent and the water hot. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it seem like more than it is. We’re just here at Beantpura, working every day to keep everything running as smoothly as possible.
