Vishal Uniform Equippers

Our shop is located at 6654 in New Hargobind Nagar-I. It's a crowded area but we like it here. We spend most of our time surrounded by fabric and sewing machines. If you walk in, you'll see piles of shirts and trousers everywhere. We make uniforms for schools and workers around town. It’s a lot of measuring and cutting. My cousin helps me with the orders. Sometimes we get a big rush right before the school year starts, and then it’s late nights for everyone. We try to keep things organized but with so much cloth, it’s a bit of a mess sometimes. The sewing machines have a specific rhythm that I’ve grown to love over the years. We’ve been at this same spot for a long time. People know they can find us here. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually brings folks in. We check every seam because we know how kids can be rough on their clothes. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know. We have a few old benches for people to sit on while they wait for their fittings. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings us snacks in the afternoon. It’s a simple life. We just want the clothes to fit right and last a decent amount of time. That's the main thing we worry about every day. It is just us, our threads, and the daily grind of the shop.
